Some of the best festivals, where the local saints adopted as patrons of the island are honoured, happen throughout the summer. The following are the traditional events featuring plenty of local food, wine and some traditional Greek dancing are always nice to visit.
There are plenty of people hanging out and the various tastes (mezedes) are delicious.
